Estimates
Do I need to give my contact details to get an estimate?
No. The estimate only asks about your home: ZIP code, size, rooms, condition and any extras. You share your name and address only if you decide to request a visit.
Is the estimate the final price?
No. An estimate is a non-binding range. After you request a visit, Daniel reviews the details and sends a quote with a specific price and scope. If the quote falls outside your estimate range, it explains why — and nothing is confirmed until you accept it.
Booking
When is my appointment confirmed?
Only after you accept a quote and the schedule check succeeds. Until then, the time you chose is a request. You will get an email that clearly says "Appointment confirmed" when it is.
Can I set up regular cleans?
Yes. Choose a frequency in the estimate and it is recorded with your request. Daniel confirms each visit with you — nothing recurring is booked automatically.
How do I cancel or change a visit?
From your appointment page, or by contacting Daniel. The cancellation policy you accepted with your quote applies, and any fee is shown before you accept.
About
Who will clean my home?
Daniel, every time. This is a one-person business.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Daniel also designs tools — the tools page explains them, including which are still prototypes.
Visits
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as Daniel can get in. Arrange access directly with him — please don't put door, alarm or lockbox codes in any form or email.
What products do you use?
Daniel brings his own supplies and checks surfaces before using anything new. If you prefer fragrance-free products, or have products you would like used, save that preference in your account or mention it in your request.
After the visit
What if something isn't done right?
Your checklist shows what was done, anything skipped and why, and anything that needs a follow-up. If something isn't right, report it from your visit page. It stays open until Daniel records how it was resolved.
Services
Do you clean inside ovens, fridges or cabinets?
Yes, as priced extras. Fridges and cabinets need to be emptied first. Inside cabinets is not offered with a standard clean.
What don't you clean?
Hazardous materials, pest remediation, bodily fluids beyond ordinary bathroom cleaning, mold remediation, exterior work and heights, heavy furniture moving, restoration work that was not agreed in advance, and anything that is not safely accessible.
