What this site collects, why, and the choices you have.
What is collected
- Estimates: your ZIP code and answers about your home. No name, email or phone number.
- Requests: your name, email, service address, any phone number you choose to give, and your preferred times.
- Preferences (only if you choose to save them): ordinary details such as priority rooms, fragrance preference and pets. Please do not enter access codes, payment details or medical information.
- Visit records: your accepted quote, appointment and completion checklist.
Why
To prepare quotes, schedule visits, keep a record of the work done, and contact you about your requests.
What is not done
- No advertising trackers.
- Your information is not sold.
- Customer photos and home details are never sent to an AI model.
- Site statistics are counted in aggregate, without addresses, contact details or free text.
Your choices
- Text messages and photos each need their own opt-in, separate from any marketing permission (off by default).
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion from your account page or by contacting Daniel.
How long records are kept
A retention schedule will be set before launch and published here.
