What is not included
These need a specialist, or carry risks a cleaning visit shouldn't take on.
- Hazardous materialsChemicals, needles, broken glass in quantity, or anything that needs special disposal.
- Pest remediationDroppings, infestations or anything a pest-control service should handle first.
- Bodily fluidsBlood, vomit, urine or feces beyond ordinary bathroom cleaning.
- Mold remediationVisible mold growth needs a remediation specialist.
- Exterior work and heightsOutside windows, gutters, or anything that needs a ladder.
- Heavy furniture movingDaniel cleans around large furniture rather than moving it.
- Restoration work not agreed in advanceStain removal from damaged surfaces, refinishing, or repairs.
- Inaccessible surfacesAnything blocked by stored items, locked, or unsafe to reach.
No product or tool is safe on every surface. Daniel checks your surfaces and products before using anything new — and will ask before trying anything on a delicate finish.
