- Accessible dusting. Dust surfaces you can reach from the floor or a two-step stool, in the rooms we agree on.No ladders or exterior heights.
- Floor care for compatible floors. Vacuum carpets and hard floors; damp-mop sealed hard floors. Daniel checks the floor finish first.No floor stripping, waxing or refinishing.
- Agreed detail tasks. Switch plates, door handles and reachable door frames in the agreed rooms.
Kitchen
- Kitchen worktops. Clear, wipe and replace items on worktops.
- Kitchen sink and faucet. Scrub the basin, faucet and surrounding edge.
- Appliance exteriors. Fronts, handles and tops of the fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
- Kitchen reachable detail. Backsplash, cabinet fronts and handles, and reachable tops.
Bathrooms
- Toilet, inside and out. Bowl, seat, base and the floor around it.
- Bathroom sink, faucet and counter. Basin, faucet and the counter around it.
- Tub or shower. Walls, tub or tray, and fixtures you can reach safely.
- Mirrors, fixtures and reachable surfaces. Mirrors, light fixtures you can reach, and the outside of cabinets.
- Agreed buildup detail. Soap film and mineral deposits on reachable surfaces, as agreed in your quote.Not mold remediation or restoration of damaged surfaces.
Bedrooms
- Bedroom surfaces and floors. Accessible surfaces in each bedroom, then the floor.
- Bedroom reachable trim and detail. Window sills, reachable trim and door frames in each bedroom.
Living areas
- Living area surfaces and floors. Accessible surfaces in living and dining areas, then the floor.

Baseboards and trim
